These terms govern your use of Relix, a social videogame diary operated from Spain by Ignacio Correcher. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and the Community Guidelines. Contact: support@relix.im.

Who may use Relix

You must be at least 14 years old and legally able to accept these terms. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and notify us if your account is compromised.

Your content

You retain ownership of reviews, lists, profile text and other content you create. You grant Relix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service according to your visibility choices. This licence ends when content is deleted, subject to backups and legal retention.

Acceptable use

Do not break the law, harass others, impersonate people, publish illegal or infringing material, expose personal information, manipulate the service, scrape it at scale, bypass access controls, distribute malware or use automation that harms other members or the infrastructure.

Moderation

We may hide or remove content and restrict or close accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect members or comply with law. We will consider context and severity and, where practical, explain the decision. You can appeal at support@relix.im.

Service and liability

Relix is provided free of charge during beta and may change. We work to keep it reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Relix is not liable for indirect loss or content posted by members.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using Relix and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated violations, legal requirements or security risks.

Law and changes

Spanish law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Material changes will be announced before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
